Hardware maintenance plan

  • Server maintenance: Support troubleshooting, hardware replacement, system support and upgrade suggestions for HPE, Dell, Wave, Lenovo, Huawei and other mainstream x86 servers.
  • Storage equipment maintenance: Provide EMC, NetApp, Huawei OceanStor, Inspur AS and other mainstream SAN/NAS equipment component replacement, capacity expansion support, performance tuning and other services.
  • Small computer maintenance: Support for IBM Power, Oracle SPARC, HP-UX and other platforms of small computers and system operation and maintenance support to ensure the stable operation of key services.
  • Network equipment maintenance: covering hardware maintenance, configuration support and emergency response of routers, switches and firewalls of Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Ruijie and other brands.
  • Security equipment maintenance: including policy inspection, log analysis and troubleshooting services for devices of mainstream security manufacturers such as Shenxin, Hillstone and NSFOCUS.
